FreeBuds SE 3 comes in a fashionable, light, and compact design. It has a rounded square shape and resembles a leather-like feel on the charging case. The device shines in two colors: Streamer Gold paired with a titanium box and golden leather body, and Interstellar Black which is a combo of a black box and pure leather body.
Even the earbuds have dual-color tones. The white one shows glossy buds with a matte-finish handle while the black variant shows black buds with silver handles.
Dimensions
The earphones have a dimension of 33.6 x 17.8 x 18.1mm and weigh 3.8 grams each. Whereas, the charging case measures 50.4 x 50.3 x 23.4mm and weighs 33 grams.
FreeBuds SE 3 has a 10mm dynamic sound unit with a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz. The acoustic units ensure stable as well as reliable performance with a pleasant sound experience. IP54 rating suggests water splash and dust resistance.
Battery
Huawei has introduced major changes with the new cost-effective earbuds. It features 42 hours of ultra-long battery Life. The earbuds can offer 3-hour long music playback in just 10 minutes of charging. It can remain active for 9 hours on a full charge.
FreeBuds SE 3 packs a 41mAh battery in each earbud and a 510mAh cell in the charging case. Charging these earphones with the pretty case takes around 60 minutes. But if you want to charge an empty earbud, then it will take 110 minutes.
